We’ve all accidentally deleted photos from our phones, but what happens if you delete something completely irreplaceable? You don’t need to panic but have to act quickly to restore your files. Just follow the instructions below and you should be able to download photos at lightning speed.
After a desperate search for “Delete, Delete, Delete … Oh no!” I accessed this article. Don’t worry, it’s not too late! If you’re just curious to know what could happen with your photos, we can also advise you on how to make a backup of your photos so you never panic again.
HOW TO RECOVER DELETED PHOTOS WITH AN APP
First, go to the Play Store and install DiskDigger Photo Recovery. Then run the application. There are some apps in the Play Store that claim to have their photos restored, but according to our research, DiskDigger was not only more reliable, but also less distracting to show ads.

This is useful if you have an application then turn off Wi-Fi and data from your phone. The reason for this is that deleted data, whether it be photos, music or documents, is not actually deleted until something is written to the device’s memory. Also, it is important that you disable all phone cleaning applications immediately, as they can permanently delete accidentally deleted files so they cannot be restored.
Note: DiskDigger can only recover images from thumbnail cache on a non-root device. This means that the images are probably of lower quality than the original photos or videos. Restoring the original high-resolution versions of photos or videos is only possible by rooting the device and downloading the pro version of the application. If you don’t know how to root your phone, check out our rooting guide.

If you recently deleted your photos, DiskDigger should be able to find those photos and give you the option to restore them to a folder on your device or back them up to the cloud.
At first, DiskDigger didn’t seem to find our images, but a quick look at the configuration and disabling the minimum size factor revealed the deleted images. As already mentioned, photo recovery requires the Pro version of the app, which is available at the link below. Less than $ 4 is a small price to recover your memories.
Be careful when using the cleanup feature in the app because some users have deleted all their photos because they did not realize that everything will be deleted, not just pictures that were intentionally deleted due to lack of space.
After you have restored your photos, you want to make sure this never happens again. And we all know that prevention is better than cure.
HOW TO BACK UP YOUR PHOTOS ON ANDROID
Then, after explaining how to recover deleted photos on Android, you should prevent the situation from happening again. We recommend using this application, Google Photos. It offers unlimited photo storage (provided the files are not too large) and the backup feature is easy to install.
After installing the application, go to Settings, choose Backup and sync and choose how often and how you want to back up your photos. Naturally, we recommend making a backup as often as possible.
